Job Description I
Technology Assistant
Work Location: Beijing

Academic Relations Team, Developer and Platform Evangelism, Microsoft China is responsible for academic programs that encourage Chinese students, faculties and academic institutions to connect with latest technologies and realize their full potential through innovations. Our program includes, University Innovation Center, Faculty Connection, Microsoft Student Center, Imagine Cup, Microsoft Student Partners, Imagination Club Alliance and Campus tours.
 Innovative technologies are in the center of our programs. We are looking for student interns to assist our team to organize the technology content for different programs systematically.
 Job Responsibilities   
1.         Assist the planning of technology content for different programs
2.         Systematically search, identify and organize resource from given resource repositories into series and align them with the different program
3.         Define the plan of content generation, monitoring the progress and ensure the quality of generated content.
 Qualifications
  • Must be an enrolled student in universities. Be able to work with fix schedule
  • Passionate in technologies. Broad knowledge in IT related fields. Ability to understand the impact and significance of a technology
  • Must be a quick and good self starter for new knowledge
  • Solid knowledge in one of IT relates filed, e.g. computer science, software engineering, hardware and etc. Master Degree and above in related areas preferred
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese. Good writing skill in both English and Chinese is required
  • Experience in projects, technology competitions or technical online community/blogging is a plus

Academic Program Assistant  
Work Location: Beijing

We are now looking for student interns that assist the plan and execution our programs.
 Job Responsibilities
1.         Assist the planning process of the programs
2.         Drive the execution excellence of the programs and achieve the goals for the programs
a)         Communication with programs stakeholders
b)         Consolidate the resource and fully leverage the resources to ensure smooth execution of programs
3.         Assist in organization of online/offline events and activities for the programs
4.         Report and status and progress of the programs.
 Qualifications
  • Must be an enrolled student in universities. Be able to work with fix schedule.
  • Ability in organization and prioritization multiple tasks.
  • Ability to deliver the result according the plans.
  • Passionate and efficient in communication. Fluent in both English and Chinese. Good writing skill in both English and Chinese is required
  • Working experience in student association or organization can be a plus
